The Big Stick

This photo is called "The Big Stick" because the driftwood in the photo was around six feet long. This was a challenging photo shoot for me since there were no clouds in the sky, the sunlight was very harsh, and I always have a tough time shooting into the sun with the Sigma 10-20mm lens. Lee 0.9 ND hard grad filter was placed with transition slightly below the horizon, and I chose f/22 to get the longest possible exposure as the sun was really bright. Tripod-mounted of course and using wired remote shutter release. Rubber boots to keep my feet dry. I'm hoping for some cloudy weather sometime soon!
